From concept to product development and integration, ArcX provides a simple, innovative and cost effective I/O solution to meet our customer’s specific design and functional requirements.

The µp2000 integrates numerous discrete components onto a single PCB, elminating wiring errors and reducing overall size. An industry proven processor manages communications, operator interface, and I/O mapping to allow the device to appear as a simple remote I/O to the Line PLC processor. The µp2000 incorporates Real Time Automation’s Common Industrial Protocol (CIP™) stack to allow communication via industry standard EtherNet/IP&trade or DeviceNet&trade.

  • Inputs are capable of monitoring battery voltage, temperature, volume, etc

Operator Interface:

  • Large LCD display for real-time feedback of current recipe including tool satisfied condition, tool counts and process/conveyor information
